Great Customer Service

Ordered two Wildlife Warrior - Limited Art Edition bottles in presentation boxes to give as Christmas presents. However, on arrival both presentation boxes were damaged.

Contacted Kat, informed her of issue, and she promptly arranged for two replacement presentation boxes to be sent to me. However, due to COVID 19 restrictions, the replacement items did not arrive in time for me to repackage Christmas gifts.

As a result contacted Kat and requested Elephant Gin refund me the difference between the price of a standard 50cl bottle of gin and the Limited Edition package x 2.

Kat went one better and offered me a 50% refund. Great customer service, Kat exemplified the very reasons I would have no doubt in recommending Elephant Gin to other customers.
