30ml Elephant Strength Gin

20 ml Elephant Sloe Gin

30 ml Lemon Juice

10 ml Pine needle syrup

5ml egg white

Method: Dry shake, shake and double sttain.

Glass: Coupette.

Garnish: Chocolate powder and toasted grounded nuts.

5ml Elephant Sloe Gin

15 ml Homemade dates and anise star liqueur

20 ml Lemon juice

10 ml Sugar syrup

Method: Shake and double strain.

Glass: Old fashioned.

Garnish: Dried apple.

20 ml Marie Brizard ginger liqueur

15 ml Simple syrup

10 ml Lemon Juice

Top up with champagne

Recipe

40 ml Elephant Strength Gin                                  

40 ml Prosecco   

10 ml Ginger syrup

10 ml Lime juice

10 ml Apple juice        

Method: Shake and strain, top up with prosecco.

Garnish: Orange zest and mint.

20ml Hibiscus (1 hour cold infusion – 15g dried hibiscus : 1 litre cold water)

5 ml Cacao Blanc

2 Drops of Kummel

Method: Shake and strain.

Recipe

30 ml Black sesame paste

15 ml Lime juice

10 ml Grapefruit juice

5 drops of Buchu tincture

Method: Shake and strain.

20 ml Apple & ginger shrub

15 ml Orgeat

4 drops home-made coffee bitters

Method: Shake and strain.

Recipe

40 ml Elephant Strength Gin

10 ml Pedro Ximenez sherry

2 drops Buchu tincture

2 drops Vanilla tincture

A whole egg

Method: Shake and strain.

Glass: Coupette.

Garnish: Grated nutmeg.

ORANGE TODDY 

Recipe

45ml Elephant Sloe Gin

15ml Orange juice

20ml Orange liqueur

10ml Simple syrup

Grated cinnamon

Boiled water to taste

Method: Heat up ingredients in a small pan, add boiled water to taste. Chill if serving cold

Glass: Highball – can be served chilled over ice.

 

THÜRINGER WALD IDYLLE 

Recipe

30 ml Elephant London Dry Gin

20 ml Waldhimbeergeist (raspberry schnapps)

30ml Lemon juice

30 ml Fresh matcha tea

20 ml Honey syrup

Method: Shake and strain. Smoke the tumbler with a pine branch under the glass cloche.

Glass: Tumbler with ice.

Garnish: Pine branch, pine cone, dehydrated slice of lemon (optional).

5 ml pine liquor

1 dash absinth

Method: Shake and strain. Top up with lemon soda.

Glass: High ball.
