It’s not hard to fall in love at first sip with this floral and fruity cocktail creation by Rachel Leclerq from Blend of Knowledge (Belgium).
To make a Pink Elephant, you will need:
40 ml Elephant London Dry Gin
20 ml El Guapo Rose (greek rose cordial)
40 ml Cranberry liqueur
20 ml Lemon juice
10 ml Elderflower Boudier liqueur
1 Small egg white (25 ml)
Shake and strain into a coupette. Garnish with your edible flower of choice.
Stop and smell the roses!
