Given Kareem Bennett works at Ditta Artigianale in Florence, a wonderful myriad of a gin bar and a cafe focused on artisanal coffee and tea, this week’s cocktail – Tea Sour – came as no surprise (but a lot of joy for sure!).
To recreate this boozy tea you’ll need:
60 ml Elephant London Dry Gin
30 ml lime juice
20 ml lemongrass syrup
3 dashes tea pot bitters (Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s)
Shake and strain on the rocks in an old fashioned glass
