Sloe Gin Sour:
40ml Elephant Sloe Gin
40ml Blood orange juice (strained)
40ml Lime juice (strained)
1 egg white
Shake vigorously, strain into a tumbler and and garnish with a dehydrated orange. Simple and delicious!
