It’s time for a Friday cocktail! This week we’re sipping on the refreshing Pomegranate & Rosemary Fizz – a recipe that came all the way from Callum Sweeney in Auckland, New Zealand.
45ml Elephant Strength Gin
15ml Lemon juice
15ml Rosemary syrup (1:1)
Shake and strain over ice. Strain into a rocks glass and top up with soda. Garnish with rosemary and pomegranate jewels. Cheers!
