This week our team is in Kenya waking up every morning to astonishing views of Kilimanjaro. No surprise our Friday cocktail is ‘Plums of Kilimanjaro’ by Momo Haque.
50 ml Elephant London Dry Gin
1 bar spoon of homemade plum jam
15 ml plum and ginger syrup
20 ml lime juice
1 dash of plum bitters
Shake and strain into a martini glass, garnish with a slice of plum.
