60 ml Elephant Strength Gin
5 ml Sugar syrup
7 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Absinth to rinse the glass
Rinse the rocks glass with absinthe, discard. Stir and pour, garnish with a lemon zest. Sip and enjoy (responsibly of course)!
