It’s getting cold outside – and there is no better way to start embracing the cosy-season than with this Friday cocktail:

Hazelnut Elephant

60 ml Elephant Sloe Gin
1 Bs Hazelnut liqueur
2 Dashes Bitter Truth Spiced Chocolate Bitters

Method: Shake and strain.
Glass: Julep cup.
Garnish: Fresh mint leaves (optional chocolate twist).
