Elderflower Basil Fizz

It’s that time of the week again! This week’s cocktail recipe is the super summery Elderflower Basil Fizz, all the way from Prague. Creation of Adam Smilek from Black Angeľs Bar Prague.

You’ll need:
40ml Elephant London Dry Gin
10ml egg white
20ml St. Germain
10ml simple syrup (2:1)
25ml lemon juice
4 leaves of basil

Combine all ingredients. Shake & double strain into a highball glass. Top up with soda and garnish with basil leaves and lemon twist. Enjoy!
