Buchu Green Hour combines one of our gin’s African botanicals buchu with zesty green apple, pistachio and a dash of absinth. The name alludes to the green hour (l’heure verte) in 1870’s France, where the absinth craze reached a point when everyone was having a glass (or more) before dinner at 5 o’clock. 50ml Elephant London Dry Gin
10ml Lemon juice
20ml Green apple juice
10ml Pistachio orgeat
15ml Buchu syrup
1 Dash absinth
Shake & strain into a coupette, add a drop of Angostura on top. Indulge!
