We’re celebrating the weekend in style with a classy cocktail in hand! Our tipple of the month is Bijou, created by Richard Attila (and hand-modelled by Kat).

To recreate this herbaceous concoction, you’ll need:
30 ml Elephant London Dry Gin
30 ml Antica Formula
30 ml Green chartreuse
A dash of orange bitters

Stir and strain into a coupette. Garnish with an orange twist.
