Today’s Friday cocktail comes with a Japanese twist.

Created by Alessandro Avilla at SUSHI B Milano who took a great deal of inspiration from observing the Chef in the restaurant.

45ml Elephant Gin infused with lime 
4 barspoons strawberry & pepper marmelade 
15 ml Solerno orange liquor
15ml Yuzu juice

Shake and strain
Glass: Coupette covered with toasted kinako (i.e. roasted soybean flour)
