35ml Elephant Gin

100ml homemade sea water tonic

Garnish: Sea shell and lemon twist

How to make the sea water tonic: cook pre-made tonic water with salt (10g salt per 1,000ml tonic). Cook until volume is reduced by half. Add soda water to re-carbonate salty tonic.
