This sophisticated creation by Mello Yello Bar is a juniper-heavy drink that will satisfy the most complex of palates. To make a #MelloYello, you will need:

20 ml Elephant Sloe Gin
20 ml Genever
50 ml Lemon juice
20 ml Simple syrup (1:1)
Quince foam
Pernod Spray

Shake vigorously and fine strain into a coupette.
Garnish with an optional dried grapefruit wheel.
